When you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, feelings of low self-esteem and or anger it can be difficult to express how these issues are affecting you. Sharing with others can also be difficult, and many fear judgment and or concerns with how others may view them or even how you may view yourself. Individual counseling can help you find and restore that inner resilience you may have lost. I offer a protective, safe and supportive environment that will empower and strengthen your ability to let go, change and forge ahead. With no reservations, as we work to achieve honest and open communication. Therefore putting into action the necessary changes that will dismantle the irrational and or negative thought patterns that are keeping you in that "clogged" space in your life. Sometimes we need someone to be our "Drano" to help us to unplug and remove that sticky, nasty, gook from our mind and our bodies.
"However there are times when what you are experiencing are not just stand-alone issues and may be debilitating for those closest to you. Addressing your concerns alone may not be enough to combat the problem and this is where your significant other and or family members may have to and can be a part of the therapeutic process. Collaboratively we will work together to gain insight into why you are frustrated with each other, feeling as though your not being heard or respected, or trying to understand why you're growing apart. Finding what is missing within the family unit will help to reconnect the parts that have become detached.
